NOTE:
CA APP is intended to be used by Audi specialist workshops and car services.
Additional hardware is necessary for effective use of the CA APP: The Softing VIN|ING 600 interface is required for communication with the vehicle. For the full use of CA APP also CA CARDATA is required. Both products can be purchased from CAR ASYST:

Areas of implementation and advantages of the CA APP
Currently supported vehicle models:
o New Audi A4/A5
o New Audi Q7
o New Audi Q5
o New Audi A8
o New Audi A3/TT/Q2 (with VAS 5054)
+ Fast initial diagnostics
+ Service & vehicle reception
+ Fast and uncomplicated recording of measurement data
+ No expensive and special add-ons, or hardware that would interfere with the vehicle
Supported interfaces:
o CAR ASYST ADAPTER VIN|ING 600 over DoIP (available)
o CAR ASYST ADAPTER VAS 5054 additionally over CAN
Functions of CAR ASYST:
o Mobile Quicktester (Smartphone/Tablet) for Audi
o Reading identification
o Reading and displaying measurement data (as text and graphically)
o Reading and clearing the fault memory
o Logging the data read
o Actuator Test
o Create vehicle reports
o Read IRC-Logfiles
o Reset Service intervals
o Show battery history data
o Show Oil-Level and Reducing agent system informations (AdBlue) in Vehicle report.
Creation and execution of measurement configurations:
o Recording of internal Bussystems (CAN, FlexRay)
o Recording of measurement data
o Graphic representation of measurement data during measurement configuration execution
o Recording of GPS coordinates
o Recording videos during measurement configuration execution
